About the role:
The analyst is responsible for supporting the senior members of the team across a broad range of analytical and marketing functions. This includes collecting and collating sales evidence on a national basis and analysing the data to provide useful market insights.. This role will support revenue generation to build and grow a sustainable national logistics and industrial platform by creating additional capacity for senior team members to focus on their core roles
Responsibilities include:
- Collect and analyse property and related data
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Undertake other research and administration duties as required
- Create and prepare presentations for key clients
- Assist in preparing and writing submissions / pitches for prospective key property appointments
- Writing Information Memorandums
- Degree qualified in a property related discipline
- Prior experience gained within an Analyst role within property/investment services
- Experience using Forbury & Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
