The Role
This role will see you working within a progressive and supportive team. Your roles and responsibilities will include (not limited too):
- Highly commercial role - cross functional collaboration with internal and external, finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Create plans, budgets, and forecasts by working closely with the sales & operational teams
- Manage the preparation of the capital forecast
- Product costing & stock takes
- Regularly review and update the product cost and pricing structure and ensure standard cost accuracy to enable better decision making
- Develop and implement Pricing Strategies for the ANZ business across market/technology portfolio that sustain and develop the business growth model
- Margin Control - Monthly review of cost and pricing movements (VPC) and lead continuous improvement plan in areas that require redress
- Risk Management: Work in collaboration with procurement and operations teams in understanding movement of key cost metrics
- Identify Opportunity & Risk for business growth and proposals and solutions to maximize or mitigate where necessary
- Annual pricing renewal process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail, and ability to spot risk and opportunity from a pricing level
- Strong team player, capability to work across functions and regions to support and lead projects and initiatives
- Strong focus on risk management, and clear understanding of commodity, currency and other volatile sectors that may have an impact on cost base
- Ability influence and deliver results through other functions
- Experience with a large complex organisation ability to manage and lead a high volume environment
