What this job involves `
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an Analyst to join our highly successful Living Capital Markets team.!
A snapshot of the role:
- Manage a range of critical and analytical tasks, undertaking detailed due diligence of Living sector properties including Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Co-Living and Senior's Living.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end campaign processes handling preparation of materials, financial modelling and purchaser RFIs to achieve a successful sale outcome
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to form an opinion on property value and appropriate return metrics
- Financial modelling skills are required
- Source, collect and collate sales evidence on a national basis and preparation of detailed Sale Analyses
- Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate our living material, presentations and client distributions

Skills & Experience:
- Strong computer literate skills in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Planning and organisation
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
- Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with colleagues, clients and the wider business community
- Confident, outgoing disposition with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in team environment
