This position can be based at either the Gold Coast or Nathan campus

We are currently seeking a talented Analyst who wishes to support Griffith's research initiatives by providing exceptional accounting services.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of contracts and will be expected to demonstrate competency in nominated SME areas. You will need to understand and apply the regulatory environment, while fostering positive relationships with external funders, researchers and colleagues across multiple departments. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with others to analyse, prioritise, and solve finance-related issues whilst also contributing to Finance projects and initiatives.

• Proficiency in Excel and experience using it for financial reporting, analysis, KPI tracking, ad-hoc analysis, etc.
• A strong desire to learn and further develop skills in providing strategically aligned financial insights, advice, and solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

What we can offer

This is a Fixed Term (until 10.12.2024), full time position and will be primarily based at either the Gold Coast or Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 6 range $87,846 - $93,701 per annum + 17% superannuation.
