Theopportunity:
Analysts are appointed so that Non-CustodialInvestments team can support the processes associated to the Multi-AssetPortfolio Service (MAPS). The incumbent’s role will include liaison withexternal parties and advisers to coordinate a successful takeover ofnon-custodial asset administration, and other tasks which contribute towardsuccessfully managing all non-custodial investments. This role is located inthe Melbourne CBD at Netwealth HQ.
Aboutyou:
- You have a solid understanding of ASX securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs) , bonds, managed funds and other unlisted assets;
- You possess the willingness to learn investment administration, including initial investments, redemptions, capital call payments, committed capital and how this works, asset valuation, distributions, corporate actions, etc
- You take pride in strong attention to detail including clarifying the detail of tasks, checking inputs outputs for accuracy and completeness, following established procedures.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills - Adjusting language and terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
- WRAP/Super platform experience highly regarded.
You will:
- Manage multiple requirements and work closely with various third parties who each have their own processes some of which can be very bespoke.
- Manage timely completion of new investment application forms requires excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of the limited Power of attorney (LPOA).
- Manage conflicting priorities and competing deadlines within SLA
- Maintain a client centric approach to ensure we can identify and react to their evolving needs
· Verifying,reconciling, and importing of historical asset data into client portfolios
· Review ofapplications/LPOA, redemption, and other instructions for fund managers
