About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in implementing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Workforce Management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, a deep understanding of time and attendance systems, and experience with award interpretation, time-sheeting, and scheduling. You will be a key player in a major workforce management transformation program, reporting directly to an HR expert. This role requires experience working within an Agile methodology to efficiently deliver project requirements. You will be responsible in:
Implementation of HRIS and Workforce Management Systems:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and workforce management systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of time and attendance systems.
- Interpret employment agreements, enterprise bargaining agreements, and other award frameworks.
Time Management and Scheduling:
- Develop and manage time-sheeting and scheduling structures.
- Apply best practices in rostering and scheduling.
Business Analysis Skills:
- Gather and document requirements to a high standard.
- Communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders, challenging them when necessary.
- Define and document business processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, particularly in the testing phase.
- Create detailed user stories and test scripts.
- Work within Agile methodology to deliver project requirements efficiently.

- Experience in creating user stories and test scripts.
- Relevant certifications are preferred.
- Candidates must be based in Melbourne.
