The Smith Family is a children's education charity that helps young Australians experiencing disadvantage to create better futures for themselves through harnessing the power of education.We are currently seeking an Analyst, Program Implementation to help us to achieve The Smith Family's vision. Reporting to the Program Implementation Manager and working with a dedicated, energised, and passionate team in a fast-paced environment, this role will coordinate program/activity planning, scheduling, resourcing and support to equip community based teams to deliver national programs/activities.
This is a key role where your program/project management and implementation know-how will add lasting value for education programs for Australian children.A day in the life of an Analyst, Program Implementation might look like this, but every day can be different.You will be responsible for:
Coordinating planning to develop and resource program/activity implementation plans
Conducting process improvement initiatives
Coordinating one or more programs and/or activities to ensure fidelity and quality
Coordinating and delivering on results from cross-functional program/activity reviews
Resource updates
Monitoring national data to track, support and report on delivery
Do you want to make a difference?Our successful candidate will bring the following:
Tertiary qualified in Social Sciences, Education or related disciplines
Program or project management in a community setting
Use of multiple technology platforms for data collection and communication
Demonstrated experience working autonomously and achieving against deliverables
Demonstrated knowledge in Program Implementation
Ability to create and manage relationships across a wide range of geographically dispersed stakeholders
Ability to prioritise in a dynamic and deadline driven environment
Well-developed conceptual and analysis skills
