This pivotal role will contribute directly to the mission of fostering meaningful connections with valued clients throughout their journey.Key Duties:As a detail-oriented CRM Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our client data while leveraging insights to enhance their experiences. Reporting to the CRM Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end client data collection and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborating with the CRM team to develop and refine data segmentation's and automation strategies.
• Configuring marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized communication across various channels.
• Monitoring data quality and implementing improvement measures to optimize client interactions.
• Translating business requirements into actionable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to support CRM initiatives.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business.
• 3+ years experience as a CRM Analyst.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL.
• Experience with HTML; familiarity with AMPscript and CSS.
• Ability to generate valuable data insights and analytics.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
