AddressBroadcast Applications Specialist

This role forms a key part of the Applications team by taking technical ownership of one or multiple applications and ensuring they are effectively utilised, properly maintained and continuously improved.
About the Role:
- Technical ownership of broadcast applications, including Zetta, GSelector, NewsBoss, Triton.
- Providing escalation support to end users.
- Performing system maintenance tasks.
- Documentation and maintenance of the portfolio entry for each application.
- Encouraging standardised usage of the application across all relevant areas of the business (e.g.: metro and regional).
- Documenting processes related to owned applications and ensuring they are well understood.
- Understanding the business function and/or objective of owned applications.
About you:
- Detailed technical knowledge of broadcast applications, Zetta and GSelector are a must have.
- Knowledge of the business function that will be supported.
- Experience developing and/or implementing processes.
- Experience in a technical customer support role.
- Radio experience is ideal.
- Self-starting attitude - ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt approach.
- Strong and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Disciplined approach, naturally organised and committed.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- The ability to influence people to deliver outcomes without official authority.
