About The Role
As a Support Operations Officer your ultimate responsibility is to provide superior service and support to all internal and external customers in every instance and ensure all allocated tasks are completed accurately in a timely & efficient manner whilst complying with all Auswide Bank policies and procedures.
This role is located within our Support Operations Team, who are a key component to supporting our critical operations by providing superior service as part of our greater Support Services Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete all reconciliations, audit tasks, reporting and accounts payable functions allocated to Support Services
- Complete tasks to fulfill our regulatory requirements; APS910, Unclaimed Monies & AML Reporting
- Checking, filing, retention & destruction of documentation
- Manage & Assist with all Mail & Stationery tasks
- Releasing Information to third parties
- Managing Bpay Investigation & Error Correction requests
- Provide Support to Branches for Cash Ordering and Returns
- Manage damaged note & coin claims
- Assist with all aspect of Support Services first line defence requirements to identify abnormalities in Auswide Bank's Policies, Procedures and Products Term & Conditions and Legislative obligations.
About You
Coupled with your excellent & effective problem-solving skills, you will also need to:
- Develop the reputation as holding a high level of working knowledge of our core banking system; Ultracs
- Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills
- Develop the reputation as being regarded as standing apart from the crowd when it comes to understanding Auswide Bank's policies & procedures and general banking legislative requirements
- Display an Intermediate skillset in Microsoft Office programs (in particular Excel & Word)
- Ability to use 3rd Party Applications
- Develop skills in Six Sigma, Nintex and SharePoint
