So, what’s the role?
The Anti-Bribery Corruption and Fraud Senior Analyst is responsible for providing expert advice, frameworks and training to support Bank First to proactively identify and manage all fraud related risks for its members.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Contributing to the Business Risk and Resilience roadmap offering key insights and strategic recommendations that relate to fraud initiatives
- Leading the analysis of data from multiple sources to identify trends and identify areas where Bank First may be vulnerable to fraud
- Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to identify, design and deliver detection rulesets to proactively prevent and limit fraud losses
- Leading the development and delivery of timely reporting analysis and insights for key leaders and Risk Committees
- Leading the design and delivery fraud awareness training programs and materials to support internal teams and lift capability and awareness
- Maintaining visibility over key industry technology trends and changes relating to bribery and fraud
- Maintaining oversight of key compliance changes
This role offers flexible working & the head office is based in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.
The desired, Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as financial crime, fraud or law will need the following:
- Significant demonstrated experience in an ABC and fraud prevention and detection role in a financial services environment
- Strong fraud prevention, detection, monitoring, case management and other risk management systems experience
- Experience implementing effective fraud management functions, tools and processes, designed to reduce net fraud losses, reputational impact and opportunities for regulatory sanctions and penalties
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong understanding of fraud management frameworks, process, controls, prevention systems and technology within a financial services environment
