On behalf of a well known, reputable Federal Government agency, Randstad is recruiting a Fraud Intelligence Analyst.\
The Fraud Intelligence Analyst is required to provide detailed technical, professional,
policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. Where required, the role will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development that support the organisations objectives.
Location: Richmond VIC
Pay: $60.26 per hour + super
Duration: Initial 12 month contract (with possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development, planning and production of financial intelligence outputs and outcomes.
- Utilising a Certificate IV in Government (Investigation), or its equivalent, as set out in Public
- Services Training Package (PSP04) to support the planning and production of financial intelligence outputs and outcomes.
- Conducting fraud assessments and producing financial intelligence reports for complex matters from the collection, evaluation and analysis of information.
- Leading tactical intelligence projects through the development of collection plans, assigning tasks, analysing financial and other information, and articulating findings.
- Complying with all relevant legislation, policy and guidelines for the management of information and the use of ICT systems and tools.
- Contributing to the development of business rules, refinements and suggested avenues of analysis and investigation.
- Producing financial intelligence products within set timeframes in compliance with legislative, policy and information security frameworks.
- Maintaining accurate files and records in relation to business decisions and intelligence activities and functions, contributing to reporting requirements.
- Providing ongoing intelligence support for matters referred for investigation.
Skills required
- Attendance at external locations offsite
- Performing high level of phone usage and or face to face work
- Driving a vehicle to attend external locations offsite which are not accessible via public transport
Important Information
- Full time position, Monday to Friday 38 hours per week
