Our client is Currently looking to appoint an AO3 Housing Officer for a temporary assignment until June 2024.
About the role:
- Working collaboratively to respond to customers, undertake customer interviews, make referrals to support service agencies, assess new housing and bond loan applications and rental grants.
- Managing tenancy arrangements, allocations and vacancies, liaising with the community and other housing providers and ensuring departmental compliance.
- Conducting home visits to properties and investigating and facilitating the resolution of any tenancy disputes and complaints as well as managing the maintenance of properties and conduction property inspections.
- Monitoring and managing outstanding arrears, rent assessments, pay deductions and refunds and actioning sundry debts and collections as required.
- Must have a current “C” Class driver License
- Suitable candidate must be willing to travel interstate
- Must have previous Real Estate experience

- Be able to proactively engage across government and with providers to deliver holistic responses for vulnerable customers which are person-centred in approach.
