Your new company
It is a commercial business unit of the Queensland state government and is a vital part of ther state's building and construction industry. They build and maintain government-owned assets such as schools, social housing, police stations and correctional and health facilities.
Your new role
Will involve duties such as but not limited to:
- Arranging responsiveness maintenance for government properties
- Answering or making customer calls to address their maintenance needs
- Engaging with callers to confirm or clarify information
- Building relationships with customers and contractors
- Appropriately using software, databases, scripts and tools
- Understanding and striving to meet and exceed call centre targets
- Providing consistent customer service
