Your new role
It will involve supporting the Operations Officer to deliver Heavy Vehicle Operations programs and projects. Accountabilities will include but is not limited to:
- Processing Heavy Vehicle permit applications
- Ensure quality document management
- Provide enquiry responses to external organisations relating to class permits
- Use information systems to input, update and query information
- Extract and synthesise data appropriate to permit processing
- Respond to complaints and appeals
- Liaise with other internal departments
- Write and/or review departmental and other correspondence
What you'll need to succeed
- Willingness to undergo a criminal history check
- Availability to start on 18th March 2024
