This leading Queensland organisation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic A04 Finance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months with the possibility to extend. Based in Brisbane City, the office is easily accessible by public transport.
Your new role
Mailbox management
- Invoice validation and invoicing
- Invoice processing
- Data entry & management using SAP
- Payment processing promptly and accurately, monitoring payment schedules
- Compliance, reporting and with assisting the Audit team in providing the necessary documentation and data
- Ensure compliance with department policy and procedures
- Vendor, client and stakeholder relationships
- Accurate documentation and record keeping
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in a finance related role, proficiently using the relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
