We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
- Demonstrated achievement in effectively managing and completing multiple complex and diverse projects and managing end to end state-wide capital works, minor works and maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and ability to interpret and apply government requirements, relevant legislation and policy, and contribute to strategic planning and the provision of specialist building and construction related advice.
- Proven innovative and analytical problem solving skills, with a flexible and agile approach in a complex, rapidly changing and sensitive organisational environment.
- Demonstrated well-developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills including the proven ability to prepare and write high-level correspondence, presentations and reports.
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders and influence these parties to achieve organisational objectives.
- Well-developed organisational skills, including the proven ability to multi-task, demonstrate sound judgement and work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
