- Demonstrating robust experience in delivering evidence-based counseling, such as Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
- Embracing a contemporary approach to supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse challenges or other complex issues.
- Proficient in handling challenging clients and intricate situations, particularly within AOD and/or forensic domains, including conducting clinical supervision and performance counseling sessions.
