Your Background
- Experienced: Solid background in leading or managing a team with a focus on community service. You will have experience in achieving goals, monitoring performance, setting KPIs and supporting staff within an accountability framework.
- Qualified: Relevant qualifications would include Social Work, Community Services (Diploma Level), Leadership and/or Management
- Inclusive: Experience with diverse cultures and a grasp of the NDIS and My Aged Care systems.
- Certified: Up-to-date ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration, full COVID vaccinations, and a current driver’s licence.
