About the role
- Produce a range of dishes and cuisines, from small bespoke creations to set menus, with locally sourced, fresh ingredients
- Work closely with other Chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team and conduct regular training
- Based in a central Sydney location, close to public transport
Essential Requirements
- Min 2-3 years of Head Chef /Executive Sous experience ideally from a catering company
- Experience with managing, training and mentoring a kitchen team
- Passionate about creating and producing quality dishes
- Driven to achieve the highest standards in an efficient manner
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail
