YOURCARE is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide ACTIVE OVERNIGHT support for two male clients in Calamvale. The role involves various shift times, including active night shifts. Your primary role will be working in a house with two mails with brain injuries. We may also ask you to work with some of our other clients.

By having the same caregivers on specific nights, we create a familiar and comforting environment for our clients, particularly during the vulnerable hours of the night. Shift Times:
- 6am - 2:15pm
- 9am - 5pm
- 2pm - 7:30pm
- 4:45pm - 10pm
- 10pm - 6am - ACTIVE NIGHT
The ideal candidate must have experience with;
- Brain Injuries: Understanding and catering to the unique needs of individuals with brain injuries.
- Epilepsy: Address the specific challenges associated with epilepsy.
- Behaviors of Concern: Navigate and manage challenging behaviors with skill and compassion.
- Performing Personal Cares & Emotional Support: Deliver compassionate care while respecting individual dignity.
- Managing medication and assisting clients with emotional health support.
