The Role:
- Contract role with an immediate start with potential to go permanent
- Inner suburbs of Melbourne
- Stand-alone role managing the AP function independently
- $75-80k + super (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of high volume of invoices
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
- Management of 'accounts' inbox
- Primary contact to answer suppliers' queries
- Complying with approvals process for payments
- Ensuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runs
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a stand-alone AP role
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An engaging and outgoing personality
- Must have experience in MS Office
