Job description

The Role:

  • Contract role with an immediate start with potential to go permanent
  • Inner suburbs of Melbourne
  • Stand-alone role managing the AP function independently
  • $75-80k + super (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of high volume of invoices
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
  • Management of 'accounts' inbox
  • Primary contact to answer suppliers' queries
  • Complying with approvals process for payments
  • Ensuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runs

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a stand-alone AP role
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An engaging and outgoing personality
  • Must have experience in MS Office
