What are we looking for?
  
Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, this role will see the individual provide time critical fulfilment and applications support to internal and external stakeholders on key data, warehouse and automation functions. 
  
The successful applicant will pride themselves on their attention to detail, their ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders, and will understand the importance of putting the customer first. They are tech savvy problem solvers at heart, driven to achieve goals and support their team to win, and are known for their organisational skills. Additionally, if growth is something yearned for, the Fulfillment and Applications Support person will have numerous opportunities to further develop their career within diverse operational functions across the business.

What will you do?

• Support daily warehouse operations via the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Manage key data structures in WMS (e.g. product attributes and packaging information)
• Manage and correct freight carrier data rejections
• Lodge daily shipments with carriers
• Review and investigate data integration reports for customers
• Action automated error alerts for issues relating to orders, item masters and receipt files
• Assist with multi-site automation functions and/or projects
• Review AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) inventory and client migration
• Assist internal stakeholders with daily shipment support
• Manage and generate international consignments and carrier manifests
• Utilise file transfer protocol (FTP) to upload master files
• Book and coordinate VIP order requests
• Work as a team to achieve daily results through planning and coordinating with others
• Identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities

What skills will you have?

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (Experience in a third-party logistics, freight or warehousing environment highly regarded)
• Qualification in IT and/or Data Analytics
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google
• A strong customer service ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and well-defined communication skills
• Organisation, problem solving and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals

Additional requirements: 

• Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
• Reliable transport (limited public transport)
