About the role –
- Global pharmaceutical company
- 12 months contract
- Based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
- Monday to Friday with standard working hours
- Organize project meetings
- Take project notes and create summary for stakeholders
- Book workshops, update the project schedule and financial forecast
- Follow up and manage cash flow / Budget tracking.
- Create detailed Project Plans
- Weekly updated dashboard reports on progress and issues
- Create dashboard for tracking
- Follow up of Project Documentation
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role working with schedules, tracking project milestones.
- Pharma industry experience would be ideal but not mandatory.
- Great attitude and excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
