The Role
Due to significant and ongoing business growth an excellent opportunity has presented for an Entry LevelCustomer Service Representative to join our dedicated and highly passionate Customer Service Team.
This role is a casual position working Full Time hoursMonday to Friday.
Ongoing training and support on commencement with the view to transition this position to Full Time permanent employment.
In this role you will need to be passionate about delivering a positive Customer Service experience. This includes;
- Creating a positive relationship in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority
- Accurately enter and process orders into a database ready for manufacture
- Develop a thorough understanding of our Sheet Metal product range
- Work towards achieving team Objectives and KPI's
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and proposing new ideas to improve the efficiency of work process flow
- Administration duties as required
Your Background
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook , Access)
- Ambition and initiative to excel in your role
- Professional demeanour - good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and high order volume environment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Have a genuine interest in the manufacturing and building industry
