About the roleAbout the role - 12 Month fixed term contract:The Application Support Analyst will provide operational efficiency of EnergyAustralia’s Applications and the maintenance and establishment of strong vendor relationships. You will provide input and guidance to the outsourced AMS service providers and other key vendors with regards to day to day running, provisioning and support of Energy Australia’s Application landscape ensuring business needs are met.

Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights

Develop scripts and automated workflows to improve the efficiency and accuracy of repeated tasks

Create and implement code tests and software test automation
