What you will be doing
- Maintain operational functionality of all Wagering applications by providing Level 2 support.
- Oversee the resolution process for incidents categorized as Priority 1 through 4.
- Keep Major Incident Management informed of incident progress proactively.
- Collaborate with Team Lead/Operations Lead to escalate unresolved significant incidents regarding application and system issues.
- Initiate problem creation for high severity incidents or recurring issues.
- Take a proactive stance in maintaining application systems by staying informed about releases and enhancement needs, anticipating their impacts.
- Ensure smooth implementation of software releases by verifying against implementation documentation.
- Stay informed about upcoming changes and be prepared to provide support as needed.

- Proficient in AWS.
- Well-versed in operating within high-pressure environments.
- Qualified in ITIL methodologies.
