Application Support Analyst to join our Canberra based team. This role will support the Business Technology Support team in their day-to-day operations and will be primarily responsible for the provision of level 1 support of the Downer Professional Services Dynamics 365 / Power Platform environment.
Responsibilities:What you'll doThe role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Maintain and support Dynamics 365 application(s).
- Assess application issues and investigate cause.
- Co-ordinate updates to applications, including scheduling outages as required in compliance with ITSM processes.
- Support application interfaces.
- Manage ICT training as required.
- Provide customer service levels as required in the Services Specification KPIs.
Qualifications:What you'll bring- Bachelor or Diploma in an IT related course.
- Graduates looking for their first opportunity.
- IT professionals with 1-2 years' experience looking for a new opportunity.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft's Power Platform desirable/highly regarded.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills. Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work within a team, both in-person and remotely.
- Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline-NV1 security clearance.
