Live - What you will doLet’s do this. Let’s change the world. An opportunity has arisen in the Digital Technology and Innovation team. In this role you support business activity ensuring critical systems are robust and reliable with ongoing platform support through development, enhancement, administration, monitoring and maintenance of key applications and platforms – predominantly related to SharePoint, UiPath, Veeva, Salesforce and affiliate websites/digital channels. This is a temporary, 12-month contract role reporting to the Senior Director Digital, Technology and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the in-scope applications needed for ANZ to function and succeed are running smoothly
- Design, develop, test, deliver and support business solutions using SharePoint Online, customised development or third party tools, and Office 365 applications
- Analyse user needs and business processes to identify areas for application improvement and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and understand functional and technical requirements.
- Act as a second-level technical point of contact to fix in-scope application and systems issues
- Involved in training and support of staff in using new and existing applications: analysis and diagnosis of application errors, short/long-term problem resolution, design, development, road testing and implementation
- Utilise Microsoft Power Platform tools to empower business users to automate tasks and build low-code applications to address specific business needs, automate workflows to improve process efficiency

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and/or significant Information Systems experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry (i.e.: Financial Services)
- Demonstrated experience in SharePoint solution development (both Modern and Classic) including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Automate, PowerApps, InfoPath, OOTB forms and SharePoint Designer
- Experience with the following technologies and solutions: DocuSign, Web technologies (Sitecore, HTML, CSS)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) favourable
- Work rights and residency in Australia required
