For a Fintech client of expertech we are currently searching for a Support Engineer to work on a proprietary Funds Management platform. 50% of this role will be Application Support and the other half consists of desktop support. Ideally we are searching for Support Engineers who have worked on a CRM (Salesforce) platform before, even better would be on a Banking or Fintech platform.
The role
Level 1 Application support for the platform for external customers
Level 2 IT support for internal stakeholders
Incident, Request & Problem Management
Design and script new solutions to improve the platform
Bridge communication between the business and IT
Essential skills and experience
3-5+ years in a Application Support role
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Applications support tools, e.g. Jira, Confluence, Slack
IT support in Windows, MacOS & Google Workspace administration
Basic Network protocols
ITIL
Desirable skills and experience
CRM (Salesforce)
Financial Services
PHP, Node, SQL
Funds Management
