About the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging intricate software issues. You'll collaborate closely with software engineering and product teams to communicate and address design, reliability, and maintenance concerns. Your top priority will be delivering exceptional technical support to our esteemed customers. Who You Are:
Customer-Centric : With over 4 years of customer-facing technical support experience, ideally in web-based or e-commerce products, you're well-versed in addressing customer needs.
Education and Expertise : A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
Web Warrior : You're comfortable working with dynamic HTML components - AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML. Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly is a definite plus.
Back-end Brilliance : Familiarity with backend programming languages such as Java or similar.
Database Diviner : You're knowledgeable about relational databases like MySQL and Oracle.
Web Wizard : You have a working knowledge of web application stack components.
Tech Trailblazer : Familiarity with Linux, UNIX, or other operating systems comes naturally.
