IDP Lawyer's Application Support Officer provides in-house IT support to our staff of approximately 70 people. They provide education and guidance to the business on all hardware and software requirements and work closely with our managed services provider to ensure our people have the technology they need to do their important work in insurance litigation.
IDP operates a unique technology environment and so the ideal candidate needs an eclectic mix of technology experience and skills. In addition, they need to be able to engage with our staff and build and maintain effective working relationships in order to provide effective support and to educate and guide on the use of technology and continuous process improvement.
ESSENTIAL TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
You must have at least intermediate skills in the following:

- Affinity (VERY IMPORTANT)
