Your new company
This government organisation is currently seeking a professional Application Support Officer to come and support their ERP system. This will initially be a 2-year fixed term contract with the potential to extend. This role will be an immediate start. They offer 2 days per week WFH once settled. The role is paying between $100k -$115k + super, but could potentially pay slightly higher if they find someone with exactly what they're looking for.
Your new role
As an Application Support Officer, you will be supporting the applications Technology One (One Council CIA or CI). You will be proficient in supporting their ERP system Technology One, so having a background in this will be essential. You will be able to provide BAU support and be involved with the enhancements. This is a busy department, so they really need someone who is going to hit the ground running. They are 3 quarters of rolling out their ERP system, so someone who would be able to add value to this straight away would be ideal.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 4 years' supporting TechOne
- Strong experience maintaining documentation related to application customisation, architecture, integration, and controls.
- Strong One Council CIA or CI experience
- Strong BPA (business process automation) experience
- Strong Business Analyst experience
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong enhancement experience
