Application Development and Maintenance:· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications to support various education-related processes.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications align with the organization's strategic goals and user requirements.2. Team Leadership:· Manage a team of skilled developers and coordinate their efforts to deliver high-quality applications within specified timelines.· Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.3. Technology Strategy:· Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for applications, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the education sector.· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on technology investments and improvements.4. Project Management:· Oversee the full lifecycle of application development projects, from conception to deployment.· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.5. Vendor Management:· Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize software solutions and resolve any issues that may arise.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in application development and managementStrong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and database management.Familiarity with educational technology trends and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
