We are seeking a highly motivated Radiation Therapist for the role of Application Consultant in the field of Radiation Therapy across Australia & New Zealand.
The primary purpose of this role will be to educate, train and provide guidance and support to healthcare professionals on the use of Brainlab technology. You will join our existing applications team and serve as a product knowledge resource for our Radiation Oncology solutions. This will involve on-site visits and office-based phone/remote support. Duties will be primarily performed during normal business hours however some after hours and weekend work work will be required.
The position will be a work from home based position in Sydney however the role will involve regular travel in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site, off-site and on-line trainings to radiation therapists, medical physicists and physicians for the applicable range of Brainlab Radiotherapy Products
- Plan, organize and prepare together with the applicable Brainlab employees and customers all the above-mentioned trainings in a timely manner
- Support the customer in the use of the Brainlab Radiotherapy/Radiosurgery devices during Case Coverages and further site visits
- Maximize customer satisfaction and usage of Brainlab Radiotherapy Solutions
- Act as primary customer liaison, maintaining site visits and regular contact with customers, assessing satisfaction and usage levels, and working to increase revenue favoring the sale of service contracts, upgrades, etc.
- Continuous improvement of the knowledge regarding Brainlab Products and the Clinical workflows and utilize product expertise to contribute to the quality improvement process by recommending product modifications and creating product feedback on CRM
- Regularly strategize with Sales and Support organization in the assigned region, evaluating customer situations, open sales projects, and identifying and referring sales leads
- Keep abreast of new developments regarding Brainlab and competitive RT products and services via ongoing training and individual research and analysis
- Promote RT products and services at trade shows
- Report and document complaints per Complaint Handling SOP
- Communicate in a courteous manner with all customers and their respective team members, company vendor reps, partners and other Brainlab employees
- Set a professional example within the company
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
- Review and continuously give customer feedback to improve training methods and training material supporting the Instructional Design team with curriculum design and contents of course materials
- Investigate and respond to field customer clinical/application questions/requests
- Enter Product Feedback within CRM and make sure that Product Management is aware of the most important ones via the appropriate communication channel
- Actively maintain all customer training documentation
- Maintain CRM Calendar to accurately reflect work day
- Maintain certification level for specific course delivery
