Appointment Setter

We are currently seeking an Appointment Setter to join the team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team, contributing to the continuous growth of our business. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Database Prospecting and maintenance
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling from databases
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for our sales and marketing department 
• Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and outcomes
• Provide customer service and follow-up with clients as needed
• work with Management and the sales team to achieve or exceed lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of the building or real estate market
• Ability to work well in a team environment 
• Strong negotiation skills
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role or experience in property development/ Realestate
