AddressCleanstate Commercial Cleaning is looking to expand its Business Development Team and are seeking an experienced and talented Appointment Setter.
This position is full time however can be tailored to suit the right candidate with a flexible working arrangement.
The successful applicant musthave:
- Telemarketing based experience or a sales background from another industry
- Excellent and confident telephone manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and multi-tasking skills are required
- Computer literacy and experience in a CRM database will be highly regarded
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Active listening skills, be adept at influencing and persuading and will be motivated by working to weekly KPI's
- Cold calling sales experience is a plus
