Join our team at Solahart Gold Coast and Brisbane South East as our Inbound / OutboundAppointment Setter (No Cold Calling).
We are seeking an experienced and talented Appointment Setter.
The position is Full Time In Office.
About the Role:

This role isn’t just important, it is the backbone of our business. You will be part of a talented team of industry professionals who are determined to help our clients to reduce and/or eliminate their dependence on buying their electricity from the energy grid.
In this role, you will be provided with leads, all existing clients or individuals who have asked to be called back and set appointments for our In-Home Smart Energy Consultants, to discuss how our range of products and services will provide long term energy security and eliminate their dependence on the power grid. This is a great conversation to have with home and business owners.

Who we are looking for:
- We are seeking phone professionals who thrive on engaging with customers in phone conversations.
- An individual who possesses an excellent and confident telephone manner.
- Someone who has great time management and multitasking skills.
- Being computer literate with experience in a CRM Database will be highly valued.
- People with active listening skills, adept at influencing and persuading, and who will be motivated to achieving weekly KPI’s
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Telemarketing / Appointment setting role
- Clear, concise and fluent English skills
- A passion and drive to earn good $$$$ each week.
