About the role
Due to continued company growth, we are seeking an energetic, hard working individual with lead generation/Appointment setter for the large market energy broking team.
As an integral part of the team your duties will include but not be limited to:
Working to call targets and making cold calls
Following up business to business leads and making new business calls
Sharing insights with other team members and participating in Choice Energy events.
Researching new businesses to call using in house CRM (Salesforce) and other methods with ongoing support and training.
About You
You must enjoy Cold Calling.
Along with a love of sales and working in a very agile and challenging environment, we'd like you to have:
Experience working towards KPI management and a numbers-based approach are essential.
A growth mindset and team-focused attitude are essential.
The right attitude and some sales experience - all the rest can be trained
