We are seeking a tele sales and lead generator who loves sales, and marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team. Do Not Apply For This Position If You are not comfortable cold-calling customers by telephone or if you have not had any cold-calling experience.

Responsibilities
- Introduce our real estate services and explain our value proposition
- Initiating contact with potential clients via cold calling using provided databases
- Presenting our real estate services and elucidating our value proposition
- Assessing leads for viability and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining meticulous records of calls, appointments, and results
- Delivering outstanding customer service and following up with clients as necessary
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics and terminology
- Capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in fundamental computer applications
- Comfortable engaging in phone conversations without hesitation
- Self-reliant and capable of working independently
