The Role
We are looking for an Appointment Setting Specialist with a proven track record. The successful candidate will have strong strategic abilities, they will be skilled at qualifying prospects, articulating the benefits of our products and setting client appointments.
Working with pre-existing clients and qualified inbound leads - this is a highly engaging and influential role with potential opportunities to grow within the business.
This is not a "sink or swim" position; you will be given all the right tools to succeed through our thorough induction process and ongoing coaching and mentoring.
Your role is critical to the sales process and the foundation to the overall success of the business.
Essential Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have

- Ability to listen and know when to ask the right questions
- Ability to fast track rapport and disarm quickly (quirky is good!)
- Passion for building relationships and making a difference
- Polished objection handling skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Ferocious follow up 'Never say die!!' attitude
Salary & Benefits
Full-time.
$60k base per annum plus uncapped commissions. OTE is up to you!
Will also consider part-time or casual position.
