We are looking to place a First Year Apprentice into each of the following locations:
Deer Park, Frankston, Melton, Moorabbin, Mt. Waverley, Oakleigh,
South Morang & Werribee.
Tasman Butchers is passionate about the ‘Butchery Trade’ and support and encourage the growth and development of the meat industry by developing the best Apprentices in a ‘traditional’ butcher shop environment.
Meat doesn’t come out of a box at Tasman; all our meat is sourced locally to our exacting standards from suppliers who share our same passion. Our meat is processed from full bodies enabling all our Apprentices to gain full exposure to the end-to-end process of meat processing, culminating in what we believe to be the best of the best butchers in the trade.
Apprenticeships can take up to 4 years to complete, however with your dedication and commitment it can be completed over a lesser period.

- We offer Career Path Opportunities through to positions such as:
- Lead Butcher,
- Production Manager,
- Assistant Store Manager, and
- Store Manager.
