We are looking for an Apprentice to join our butchery team. This role is suitable for someone with a passion for food and a willingness to learn one of the worlds oldest trades.

We have a focus on traditional butchery paired with modern techniques, seasonality, and showcasing specialty breeds. You'll have the opportunity to work with Australia's best produce - Our suppliers include O'Connor Beef, Blackmore Wagyu and Glen Eyrie Rare Breeds just to name a few.
We also have an in house kitchen producing restaurant-quality meals, sauces & condiments, as well as a smokehouse producing a range of smallgoods, pates & terrines. In addition to this, our dry-age coolroom sees a rotating range of cuts from different breeds of beef, sold in-store as well as to some of Melbourne's best restaurants.
