Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Statewide Apprenticeships are seeking an apprentice Chef to join a Mediterranean cuisine located in Hahndorf and Adelaide, SA.
The position is a full-time apprenticeship and will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.
Duties may include
- Assist with organising & preparing food.
- Preparing food
- Assist food production as directed by the Chef.
- Ensure smooth workflow.
About you
- Like Mediterranean cuisine
- Able to work weekends and nights.
- Driver’s licence preferred.
- have a high level of personal cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills
- Be motivated and willing to work in a team
- Be driven by quality and customer satisfaction.
- Thrive in a fast-paced
- Have experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Have knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Have knowledge of WHS regulations and safety
