The key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating closely with on-site management to ensure that apprentices receive comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Upholding governance standards, ensuring compliance with training, induction, and safety regulations
- Coordinating the entire apprenticeship program lifecycle, from intake to completion
- Handling all administrative tasks related to training with precision and efficiency
- Fostering a supportive learning environment by working closely with leaders and employees
- Partnering with various departments to implement best practices for our apprentice pathways
About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Certificate III or relevant trade qualification
- Strong administrative and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to motivate, mentor and guide apprentices
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
