The City of Mandurah is looking for a person who is self-motivated, reliable, has a positive attitude and is wanting to kick-start their career in the plumbing trade.
As an apprentice you will complete a Certificate III in Plumbing while gaining practical knowledge and skills in water, sewerage and gas maintenance, hydraulic works associated with new installations and extensions to plumbing, gas and sanitary fixtures and fittings.

Successful completion of Year 12
Demonstrated work experience in the trade, and/or pre-apprenticeship Certificate II in Plumbing
Genuine interest in the trade
Current unrestricted driver’s licence or willingness to obtain
Self-motivated and keen to learn

This fulltime position attracts a starting salary of $34,286 gross per annum for a junior or $57,144 gross per annum for an adult. The apprenticeship is 4 years in duration and is located at the Council’s Operations Centre on Park Road. Successful applicants will need to obtain their white card prior to commencing.
