Accent Dental Care, situated in Perth's CBD, is offering an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Practice/Business Manager with a forward-thinking mindset to oversee a thriving and well-established practice. As the Practice/Business Manager at Accent Dental Care, you will spearhead the overall management, development, and growth of our esteemed dental practice. We seek a candidate who embodies excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a natural aptitude for team leadership. You will oversee a dedicated team of 25-30 employees, ensuring the seamless operation of our practice.
Role Overview:
- Collaborate with practice owners and providers to develop growth strategies and patient services
- Implement and update workplace policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and health regulations
- Supervise staff performance, input, practices, and techniques
- Provide leadership through direction, support, and guidance, supported by team leaders for every department of the practice
- Manage practice budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial health and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and debt collections
The Successful Candidate:
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and leadership skills, capable of operating with autonomy
- Exhibits exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities, particularly in high-stress scenarios
- Has preferably a minimum of two years of experience in a (dental) management environment, this position is not suited to someone without any management experience
- Displays a positive, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to long-term career growth
- Demonstrates outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
- Has a warm demeanor and a genuine desire to provide care and support to others
- Is proficient in (dental) management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
