About the RoleA well experienced
Administration Officer is sought to provide high level coordination support within the ADR Centre. The successful candidate should have demonstrated experience in providing high level customer service, problem solving and excellent communication skills across all levels.The role requires excellent time management skills, flexibility, the ability to prioritise workload, and work within a close and dynamic team environment.
Duties include:- liaising with judicial officers, legal profession and the public
- managing and updating complex mediation schedules
- scheduling and arranging in-person and virtual mediations
- monitoring and maintaining physical mediation facilities
- accurately update electronic court records
About YouThe successful candidate should have demonstrated experience in providing high level customer service, problem solving and excellent communication skills across all levels. Experience within Courts or a legal environment is preferred.
