The Role
Commercial Division is seeking to fill multiple APS 4 Commercial Policy and Procurement Complaints positions within the Division. These positions will be required to have or the ability to quickly gain, an understanding of procurement, contracting and policy in a Government environment.
The role(s) in Commercial Division, you will be required to:
- Assist your team in providing commercial acumen and contributing to meeting the objectives of Defence’s mission and purpose.
- First level of support for the central Defence procurement policy and/or Procurement Complaints inbox; data and reporting coordination.
- Administer and organise your own workflow, making decisions within defined parameters relating to work area of responsibility and work under limited guidance.
- Communicate with a range of stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrative issues to achieve outcomes.
- Work collaboratively within a team and be accountable to contribute towards ongoing self-improvement and professional development.
