- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including drafting correspondence and generating reports.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in recruitment and e-recruit software usage.
- Previous experience in recruitment support or related administrative roles within the APS
- Proficiency in using e-recruit software or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing recruitment practices (preferred).
